You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. A free prepaid return label is included in every parcel, so returning by post costs you nothing. No restocking fees. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Items must be returned new and unused, in the condition you received them. You may handle an item as you would in a shop. We recommend emailing support@yardoras.shop before you send your return, but it is not required.
Payments are handled by Stripe and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card details are processed by Stripe only — we never see or store them.
Natural materials mean small variations in tone, grain and texture are normal. Each order is checked by our UK fulfilment partner before dispatch. Dimensions and materials are listed on every product page.
Faulty or damaged on arrival? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Email support@yardoras.shop with a photograph so we can help quickly.
